Microsoft office 2013 administrative privileges required free

I purchased Office for Windows via HUP and when I select the download link for 64 bit operating system it tells me that I need administrative privileges to run it. I am logged in as the administrator, have un-installed Office , rebooted etc but still the same message. You may follow the suggestion provided in the thread link mentioned below and check if that helps:.

Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. I then selected the link provided in the email from HUP when given the option to download or save I saved it to my desktop. When the icon showed on my desktop I right clicked it and selected run as administrator and then followed the instructions displayed during the software installation.

In reply to Nayana S M's post on May 23, Absolutely perfect Nayana thank you. For other users with the same problem who come across this thread, this is what I did: 1. Went to my Control panel start menu 2. Went to User Accounts and family safety 3. Selected add or remove user accounts 4.

Selected create a new account and selected administrator 5. Selected create account 6. I then went to my start menu and logged off 7. I then logged back in as my original administrator user 8. When the icon showed on my desktop I right clicked it and selected run as administrator and then followed the instructions displayed during the software installation Hope this helps anyone else with the problem.

Thanks again Nayana. This site in other languages x.
